Flower Essence Therapy: An Indigenous Science for the Modern Soul

Broadcast on March 23, 2023
With Lindsay Fauntleroy, L.Ac
Hosted by Helané Wahbeh, ND

Flower essences are subtle, yet profound energetic remedies that address the heartaches and wounds of the modern soul. In this session, Lindsay Fauntleroy will explore the Indigenous philosophies and wisdom from Africa, Asia, and the Americas that are the foundation of flower essence therapy. As we enter a reciprocal relationship with nature, we can heal the side effects of modernity, including soul hiccups such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and insatiable consumption.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • The mind-body science of flower essences from Western, Eastern, and African perspectives
  • The states of consciousness that allow us to attune to plant intelligence
  • An experiential practice to embody the gesture of a flower
